Originally chartered to serve the needs of Bell Labs employees, membership to United Teletech Financial is now open to immediate family of existing members, all employees of our select employer groups, and as a consumer, you may be eligible to join our credit union through the New Jersey Consumer Council (NJCC). United Teletech Financial Board Leadership Updates
We wish to share important updates regarding our Board of Directors, recognizing dedicated service while introducing leadership transitions that will guide our credit union into the future.

Honoring Ann Weingartner’s Remarkable Service
After more than four decades of service, our Treasurer, Ann Weingartner, will be retiring from her active role on the Board effective July 1, 2026. In accordance with our bylaws, she will transition to the honorary role of Director Emeritus.
Ann’s commitment to the credit union began in 1984 as a volunteer and spans a legacy of leadership, stewardship, and service. She became a member in 1970 and went on to serve on the Supervisory Committee from 1984 to 1997, including nine years as Chairperson. In 1997, she was elected to the Board, where she has served continuously since, most recently as Treasurer.
Beyond her work with the credit union, Ann has dedicated her time to numerous community and volunteer efforts, including serving at the county hospital, working as a precinct clerk with the Board of Elections, and preparing tax returns through the AARP Tax-Aide program.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Ann for her extraordinary contributions, steady leadership, and unwavering commitment to our members and community.

Welcoming Julia Zapcic to her role as Board Director
We welcomed Julia to her role of Board Director, transitioning from Associate Board Director, effective July 1, 2026. She will complete the remainder of Ann’s term as a voting member. Julia brings prior experience from her service on the Supervisory Committee, and we look forward to her continued contributions to the board level.

Annual Meeting Results
United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union held its 59th annual meeting of the members on Monday, April 27th, 2026, at its main office at 205 Hance Avenue, in Tinton Falls, NJ.
At the meeting, the credit union’s financial performance for 2025 was shared. Reports and financial statements were provided to the membership and are available to be viewed by clicking here.
