We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Both part-time and full-time employees are eligible for:

  • 401(k) Plan

    Team members who are 18 years of age and older are eligible to participate in our company 401k Plan through CUNA Mutual Group after 6 months of service.  Our plan includes Traditional 401k pre-tax & Roth options.  We offer a Safe Harbor Contribution that is made into all eligible participants’ retirement accounts after the close of the plan year and there may also be a discretionary employer match.

  • Paid Holidays

    We give our team members 10 paid holidays per year.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    We provide all eligible team members and their dependents with confidential support and guidance via the free Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Life Insurance

    Life insurance coverage provides financial protection for your family in the event of your death. We provide all eligible team members with basic life insurance.  Coverage for full-time team is one times annual base salary and part-time team, working 20+ hours per week, is $20,000.  Additional Voluntary Life Insurance coverage is also available through employee-paid payroll deductions.

  • Aflac Voluntary Benefits

    All team members have the option to enroll in voluntary Aflac benefits for Accident, Disability, Hospital and Cancer coverage.  These benefits are available through employee-paid payroll deductions.
