United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union will have its 57th annual meeting of the members on Monday, April 29th, 2024 at its main office at 205 Hance Avenue, in Tinton Falls, NJ. 2024 Annual Meeting and Election

The 57th Annual Meeting of Members of United Teletech Financial FCU will take place on April 29, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at United Teletech’s Tinton Falls Branch Location, 205 Hance Ave, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724. United Teletech Financial will host this meeting in-person and virtually, for anyone that wishes to attend remotely.

Please inform us by April 22, 2024 whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually. You may confirm your attendance by RSVP’ing below, or by calling 732-530-8100 ext. 3000. As this will be a business meeting only, there is no cost to attend.

Election Policies

In accordance with United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union by laws, a procedure for members to become candidates by petition is available to potential candidates not selected by the Nominating Committee. Official petitions may be obtained from the recording secretary (Katie Mondano, c/o United Teletech Financial, 205 Hance Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724) and must be received by March 20, 2024. For petitions to be valid, they must contain signatures of at least 245 members (1% of membership). When there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor. Results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on April 29, 2024.

The Nominating Committee met and reviewed candidates for three positions on the Board of Directors for United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union. The Nominating Committee, comprised of  Bob Dowd, Ann Weingartner and Derek Mahoney, has verified the credentials of the nominees and has verbally confirmed they will accept office if elected. The following members were selected as the nominating slate:

  • ROBERT HODGES

    Robert Hodges has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 2011. Bob served on the Supervisory Committee for 25 years; twelve years as its Chair. He also serves on the Membership & Operations Committee. Bob has been a member of our Credit Union since 1984. He was previously employed by AT&T Network Systems as a Strategic Market Planner, before retiring in 1989.

    Bob is a retired Army Veteran with service spanning WWII through the Vietnam War. He retired from the Federal Service after 29 years. He taught at the Army Signal School at Fort Monmouth for 16 years before retiring in 1976. Bob has a BA degree from Kean University. He is a Life member of the Omega Psi Fraternity.

    Bob is very active in his community, teaching computers to Neptune Senior Citizens, and is a Neptune Township Senior Citizens Advisory Board Member. He is a two-term Past Commander of the American Legion Monmouth County Executive Committee and Chaired the POW/MIA and National Security Committee. He is a life member of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Military Order of the Purple Heart; Vietnam Veterans of America, and the 25th Infantry Division Association. He is a Life Member, three-term, Past President, and is still an active member of the Monmouth County Bowling Association. Bob is the first and only three-time President of the bowling association and was recently awarded the designation of President Emeritus.

    Bob resides in Neptune Township, Monmouth County with his son, Richard.

  • RANDALL F. WEIHS

    Randall F. Weihs joined our United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union in 1984 as an employee of AT&T Bell Labs. He began service as an active credit union volunteer in 1996, earning an appointment to the Supervisory Committee two years later.

    Randy was named Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee in March 1999, and he was first elected to the Board of Directors in April 2001. Early in 2023, Randy was reappointed to the board to fill the unexpired term of the board seat vacated by Ruth Ann Kluin.

    Randy has been an employee of FedEx Ground in Woodbridge for 15 years.
