We'd like you to know:
Referred people must not currently be a member and are not eligible if he/she
was a member of the credit union within the last 90 days. The referral form must
be presented at the time of account opening . The referred member will receive
$25 for opening a checking account, plus a bonus of $25 if $1000 or more is
deposited into the share savings account at the time of account opening and that
minimum balance is maintained for at least 90 days. Referred member must
maintain the accounts for at least 90 days. All accounts are subject to our
normal approval process, and all account eligibility requirements, minimum
opening balances, and other requirements must be met. The existing member will
receive $25 after we verify that the referred member has met all terms of this
offer. We generally pay the incentives by crediting the savings accounts of both
parties 90-120 days after the accounts are opened. We may report to the IRS the
value of any incentive and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the
recipient. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion the
eligibility of new members (referees) and existing members (referrers) for this
offer. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we
reasonably believe they were not sent to us in good faith. United Teletech
