United Teletech Financial is seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who will provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing financial transactions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: |
|
- Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, wire transfers, money orders, gift checks, bond transactions, modification to accounts and check cashing.
- Receive share deposits and loan payments (including VISA) and enter into computer system, ensuring that payments equal the amount due and that all late charges, if applicable, are collected.
- Identify member’s needs and refer products and services. If applicable refer to a Financial Sales Representative.
- Provide routine information on credit union services or policies, including eligibility for membership, types of credit union accounts, interest rates, current dividend rates, locations, office hours and telephone numbers.
- Assist with balancing and maintaining the ATM.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early evenings and Saturdays.
Requirements
- Detail oriented.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Have the ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally.
- High school diploma.
- Six months previous cash handling experience.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
